These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between b4bet and every individual who registers or uses this platform. This document covers all aspects of usage including account registration, gaming activity, financial transactions, bonus claims and all other interactions with the b4bet platform.

• You must be an individual registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party — each account represents one valid and accountable individual.
• You must not appear on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from using online gambling services under applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — any account registered by an individual without legal capacity will be terminated immediately.
• You must not currently be enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion program from any gaming platform.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential — b4bet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your password to another party.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you personally, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team.
• B4bet reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals.
• Accounts using false or incomplete information will be frozen until verification is complete, and b4bet reserves the right to terminate such accounts if verification fails.

B4bet supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including bank transfers (FPX), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption technology.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction — this limit may vary depending on the selected payment method.

B4bet reserves the right to suspend, freeze or terminate any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. Such action may be taken with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation.

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate suspension of your account without any compensation.
• If your account is terminated due to confirmed fraud or illegal activity, b4bet reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance in that account as compensation.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team — account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.
• Before an account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

B4bet provides its platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free of errors or meet your specific expectations. To the extent permitted by law, b4bet limits its liability as follows:

• B4bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by members, including loss of opportunity, loss of income or reputational damage.
• The maximum total liability of b4bet to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• B4bet is not liable for any system failures caused by factors beyond our control, including internet disruptions, third-party infrastructure failures or natural disasters.
